Optional · never a requirement

Logo-SchwungA real-life example

From keywords to engaging text.

You provide the specialist knowledge. The AI Workshop produces an initial draft, which you can then edit further in the editor.

01Your keywords

Windmill in Destel · Seven Corners · Stemwede

WindmillDestelCerealsMill technologySeven CornersRegional market

In the editor, enter keywords, for example from your archive notes, a guided tour or a press release.

02Chapter text as written
The windmill in Destel is one of the landmarks of the Sieben Ecken. Even today, its massive wooden body tells the story of how grain used to be ground into flour – a slice of everyday history that visitors can experience first-hand. From the gallery, you can see for miles across meadows and woodland; in summer, a small local market is often held right on the grounds. Take your time to explore the mill’s mechanisms, and feel free to ask if you’d like to know more about the milling process and the craftsmanship involved.

You can accept the suggestion with a single click and adjust the tone, length and details in the editor. Nothing will be published without your approval.

Logo-SchwungCreate images

Your design is created from a description.

Atmospheric images for places of interest, historical scenes or stickers for the photo booth – all available directly in the media library.

Oberaden Roman Camp

Reconstruction of a Roman timber-and-earth rampart in the warm afternoon light, a slightly misty atmosphere, editorial documentary photography, no people in the picture, no text

A historical feel, marketing materials or stickers for the photo booth – without the need for external image editing software.

02Result in the editor
Atmospheric reconstruction of a Roman timber-and-earth wall in warm light

The image goes straight into your media library, just like any other uploaded photo, only it’s created more quickly.

Logo-SchwungAudio guides

From text to audio piece, including versions with two voices.

A single narrative voice or dialogue, for example between a granddaughter and her grandad in the village. Suggestions for the play’s content are also welcome.

02Chapter text

03Audio clip

A voice or a conversation, e.g. between a granddaughter and her grandad in the village.

Dialogue · Granddaughter and Grandad

  • granddaughterGrandad, why is the windmill turning even though there’s hardly any wind today?
  • GrandadIn the past, millers would wait for the right wind, and then the millstones would grind the farmers’ grain into flour.
  • granddaughterAnd did the flour come straight to the table here in this region?
  • GrandadExactly. That’s why the mill stood right in the middle of the village: a place where the local community and craftsmanship came together.

Audio guide with individual voice recordings from the Römerpark in Bergkamen; an example of the dialogue is shown above as a text preview.

01Game content from your theme

Quiz questions, words for a crossword or pairs for a memory game, all tailored to the tour, without having to spend hours typing them out yourself. You choose the difficulty and style, accept the suggestions and only publish them once you’ve checked them.

A rotatable model for the app is created from a photo or brief description, including augmented reality where appropriate.

01Photo or brief description

You can upload an archive photo or describe an object, such as a reconstruction, a tool or an exhibit. In just a few minutes, a rotatable model is created for the app, which can also be used in augmented reality on site.

02Integrated into the visitor experience

Logo-SchwungAccessibility

Automatic image descriptions for screen readers.

Images can be automatically described in the editor so that blind and visually impaired guests can understand what is depicted.

01Your picture
Village street with half-timbered houses, example image for automatic image description
02Automatic image description

A narrow village street lined with half-timbered houses, cobblestones and autumn leaves – a typical village scene in the region.

Blind and visually impaired people hear this description via screen readers, which is an important step towards making content more accessible. They check the text in the editor and adjust it if necessary.

AI as a tool, not as a replacement for your editorial team.

It’s up to you

Nothing will be published without your approval. Suggestions are sent to the editor. You check, edit and add to them as usual.

Available as an optional extra

If you do not wish to use the AI workshop, you will retain all standard functions at no extra cost. Do you need AI support? If so, please get in touch with us.

Data protection by design

Processing takes place via our platform, without you having to enter into your own AI contracts or manage API keys. We set out the details in the data processing agreement.

Logo-SchwungNot required

Everything works fine without AI support.

If you don’t want to use AI, you won’t lose any functionality and won’t have to pay any extra. You can continue to manage text, images, audio and 3D models manually, just as before. The AI Workshop is a popular addition, not a requirement.
