Heimathaus Levern
Das religiöse Leben in Levern
Die zentral gelegene Leverner Kirche gehört zu den ältesten im Bistum Minden. Sie wurde erstmals in einer Urkunde von Bischof Milo (969-996) erwähnt. 1227 gründete der Mindener Bischof Konrad I. in Levern ein Zisterzienserinnenkloster. Während der Reformation wurde aus dem Kloster ein freiweltliches Damenstift. Um die Kirche entstanden Stifts- und Kuriengebäude. Es entstand in Levern das geistliche Zentrum für die Region. Damit verbunden war eine große gesellschaftliche und wirtschaftliche Bedeutung für den Ort. Im Zuge der Säkularisierung wurde das Damenstift 1810 aufgelöst. 1828 vereinte man die ehemalige Klosterkirche in aufwändigen Umbaumaßnahmen mit der Gemeindekirche.

- Panoramic viewA 360-degree panoramic view from a single location, filling the screen and freely rotatable.

- Timeline mapHow a street, a town centre or a site has changed over the decades, step by step on the map.
- PhotopointVisitors take a photo with your virtual mascot or exhibit.

- Code hackerFind a symbol on the building and trace it onto the security panel as a template.
- Site mapYour own map of your site that helps visitors find their way around.
- Collectible cardsEvery heritage site visited unlocks its own card, and the collection grows with each place.
- GPS Check-inVisitors confirm they were there by scanning the sign or via their location, and collect points for it.
- Prize drawUnlock places, collect points and win something at the end, with rules you set yourself.
- RewardsVouchers and surprises for guests who have visited enough places.

We are constantly adding new modules, and you only pay for what you actually use. In the editor, you can manage each module independently. Changes to one station do not affect the entire tour.
You can start small and add modules later. The price list shows what each module costs, and there are no running costs. Five years of maintenance are included, also for modules you add later.
