We support you from the first idea until long after launch. Behind erleben.app are Tobias Seeger, local heritage officer in Stemwede and the Minden-Lübbecke district, and Tim Krämer, who develops the software. Both have worked on projects like this for years, often with volunteer teams.
Anyone who calls will speak to someone who is familiar with the project.

It all starts with your project, not our proposal. In a twenty-minute discussion, we’ll clarify what you want to convey, who will be responsible for maintaining it, and what resources are suitable for the task. You’ll receive an honest assessment, even if it means you should start on a smaller scale.

- Hosting in GermanyServers and data are hosted by Hetzner in Germany, and processing is documented in line with the GDPR.
- GDPR-compliant access statisticsMeasure reach and usage without cookies and without creating profiles of your visitors. There is no need for a banner dedicated solely to these statistics.
- Accessible in accordance with the BFSGThe Gast app and this website comply with the requirements of the BFSG: keyboard navigation, screen readers, contrast, alt text, and reduced animation where desired.
- Content Data & ExportYour content belongs to you. You can export it in a structured format at any time and you are not tied to us.
- Cost transparencyYou pay once, there is no platform subscription. Later modules cost what the price list says.
- 5 years’ maintenance includedFor five years we keep the technology, browser support and security up to date, including for modules added later.
- Even in areas with no mobile coverageOnce your guests have opened it, it remains on the device: pages, images and the map section. The tour doesn’t stop even where there’s no network connection.
- Interfaces to your stockOpening hours, events, route details: anything you’ve already entered elsewhere will appear in the app without anyone having to enter it twice.
