Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG)). Our services are aimed at local authorities, museums, associations and other organisations, not at consumers.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws, pursuant to Section 7(1) of the German Data Protection Act (DDG). However, under Sections 8 to 10 of the DDG, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, nor to investigate circumstances that might indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected by this. Liability arises only from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement. Should we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control; this includes the experience apps operated by our customers. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time the links were created; no unlawful content was apparent at that time. It is not reasonable to expect us to monitor the content on an ongoing basis without specific indications of an infringement. Should we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

The content and works created by us on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any form of use beyond the scope of copyright law require our written consent. Where content on this site has not been created by us, the copyright of third parties is respected and the content is identified as such. The title images of the information pages muehlen.app and erinnern.app were created with AI and are labelled there as AI-generated (“KI-generiert”). They are not real photographs. The image with the smartphone on erinnern.app is a photo montage.
