Honest answers, even on uncomfortable topics.
Yes. We work with small towns and villages whose volunteers have no experience of digitalisation. An unbiased perspective often leads to particularly beautiful results.
The first place of interest can be set up in a matter of minutes – you’re in complete control of this in the editor. It usually takes a couple of weeks for an entire tour to be published, and almost all of that time is spent gathering material and approving texts. Signing up and making the one-off payment are the quickest parts; after that, the content grows at your own pace.
No, the platform itself comes with no hidden costs: a one-off payment for access plus the modules you need right now. There is no platform subscription and no automatic ongoing costs arising from compulsory maintenance, major upgrades or hidden surcharges on modules. Modules that can be added later are always charged at the current price listed in the price list; 5 years’ maintenance and security updates are included, even if you add modules at a later date. Do you need AI support? Then please get in touch with us.
Under €2,000 gross, one-off payment, no subscription, no ongoing costs: initial installation, three places of interest with text and images, plus two original audio clips as per the price list. The same amount is shown in the calculator and on the package card under ‘Prices’. This keeps you within the price range that small grant schemes usually cover in full. Modules such as a 360-degree tour, a 3D model or a second language can be booked separately at a later date.
Yes, at any time. The platform has a modular structure. You start with the Mini Package and add further modules as required: original sound bites or audio guides, 3D, collectable cards, a treasure hunt, or a second language. The price per module is clearly stated on the price list, and the 5-year maintenance package automatically applies to any modules added at a later date.
There is no set price for this, as requirements vary from client to client: a single audio piece is quite different from a tour in eight languages. Do you need AI support? If so, please get in touch and we’ll let you know in advance what it will cost in your particular case.
No problem. Every feature works even without AI support. You won’t pay anything extra for the AI-free version. You can manage text, images and audio manually as usual. We recognise just how valuable your own, human-created content is for the authenticity of your agency’s profile. That is precisely what the platform is all about; we see AI as a helpful, entirely optional tool, not a requirement.
fal.ai is used for image and 3D generation, and DeepL for translations; both use EU routing where possible. Audio post-production is carried out via Auphonic. All providers are listed transparently on the privacy policy page.
In Germany, with Hetzner Online (Nuremberg / Falkenstein). We document data processing on behalf of clients using the AVV; this means that the server location and data storage arrangements can be clearly described to you as an organisation.
Yes. Data can be exported on request in a structured format. You are not tied to us: your content remains portable so that you can continue using it outside the platform at a later date.
Not for access statistics: these can be tracked without cookies or user profiles, so there is no need for a banner solely for this purpose. The app only sets technically necessary cookies, such as those for the selected language and the guest’s settings; these do not require consent under Section 25 of the TDDDG. Embedded services from other providers, such as a video player, may nevertheless require consent.
You can easily navigate from a local heritage centre to a local authority and on to a district portal, all on the same platform. Subdomains, tours and competitions can be linked across different boundaries.
Yes. Multi-tenant per provider, multiple users per project. Version control with file backups ensures that nothing is lost.

Yes, on request. Our network offers photography, 3D design, professional voice-overs and museum education. All of these are optional. You can also do everything yourself.
