Yes. We support small museums and villages where volunteers with no digital experience do the work. People who start without preconceptions often end up with good results.

The first place of interest is up in minutes, and that part is yours to do in the editor. A whole tour usually takes a few weeks to publish, and nearly all of that goes on gathering material and signing off texts. Access and the one-off payment are the quick part; the content grows at your own pace after that.

No. You pay once for access and the modules you need now. There is no platform subscription, and no charges for mandatory maintenance, major version upgrades or module surcharges. Modules booked later cost whatever the price list says at that time. Five years of maintenance and security updates are included, also for modules you add later.

Under €2,000 gross, paid once. This covers the initial installation, three heritage sites with text and images and two oral history clips at list prices. In the calculator under Pricing, the “Mini-Heimat” example loads exactly this selection with one click and shows the total. That keeps you in the range that small grant programmes usually cover in full. A 360-degree tour, a 3D model or a second language can be added individually later.

Yes, at any time. Start small, for example with the Mini-Heimat project, and add more modules later, such as oral history clips or audio guides, 3D, collectible cards, a treasure hunt or a second language. The price list shows what each module costs. The five years of maintenance also cover modules added later.

There is no list price for this because every organisation needs something different. A single audio clip is not the same as a tour in eight languages. Get in touch and we will tell you up front what AI support would cost in your case.

Then you work without it. Every feature also works without AI support, and the AI-free version costs nothing extra. You maintain text, images and audio by hand as usual. The AI tools are there if you want them, not a requirement.

We generate images and 3D models via fal.ai and translate with DeepL, in both cases on EU servers where possible. Auphonic handles audio post-production. All providers are listed in the privacy policy.

In Germany, with Hetzner Online in Nuremberg and Falkenstein. We cover data processing in a data processing agreement, so you can document in writing within your organisation where the data is stored and how it is processed.

Yes. On request we export your content in a structured format. You can use it outside the platform too and are not tied to us.

Not for the visitor statistics. They work without cookies or profiles, so you don't need a banner just for this measurement. The app only sets technically necessary cookies, for example for the chosen language and the visitor's settings. Under § 25 TDDDG these need no consent. Embedded third-party services, such as a video player, may still require consent.

A project for one heritage house can grow into one for the whole municipality and then into a district portal, all on the same platform. Projects with their own address, tours and prize draws can be linked across municipal boundaries.

Yes. Each organisation has its own area, and several people can work in each project. Earlier versions and files are backed up so nothing gets lost.
